sunday brunch at home
every sunday morning we go to the farmers markets and collect fresh supplies for the week. normally we eat breakfast there but today we decided to come home and make avocado on toast with our fresh ‘adventure loaf’ we get from the swedish bakery stall. it's so delicious and dense and filled with so many nuts and seeds. i added butter, avocado, tomato, quick pickled onion, basil and a boiled egg on top.
