  1. pumpkin seed oil - this month i started taking pumpkin seed oil capsules and i'm really loving the benefits. pumpkin seed oil is high in magnesium, zinc and plant based omega 3 fats and amazing for hair and skin. more info here.
  2. chanel no 5 l'eau - i've been waiting for this perfume for a while now. the fresh new take on chanel no 5 and it's finally here. my order has been placed <3
  3. mayde tea - i've really been enjoying this organic green sencha, jasmine and rose tea. made in byron bay by naturopath kate dalton. i also really like their energise and digest tea.
  4. kubo and the two strings - as soon as i saw the trailer for this movie i became obsessed. i saved it to my imdb watchlist and patiently waited. i saw it at the movies as soon as it came out and it was better than i imagined. a magical, mystical, japanese adventure. easily one of my favourite movies so far this year. go see it.
  5. slip pillowcase - my mum bought me one of the slip sleep masks a while ago. i had never used one before, but they are so amazing. great for when i travel or mornings when i want to sleep in. this month i finally got one of the slip pillowcases, which are anti aging, promote smooth healthy hair, moisturising for the skin and just feels nicer to sleep on.
  6. australian eatwell kale burgers - i've been a little obsessed with these lately and also their lentil patties. perfect for lazy days when i can't be bothered cooking.
  7. radical exfoliating pads - whenever i go to visit mum in brisbane she will give me a facial which is great because she always has newer and nicer products than me. last time i went she used these radical "age defying exfoliating pads" followed by our favourite dermalogica mask. my skin seriously looked SO much better the next day?? almost airbrushed. i went to mecca to get some free samples for myself and the girl said it's so popular that the whole country is sold out. i am currently on a waiting list.
  8. maybelline brow drama - this brow pomade crayon is super easy, cheap and subtle.
  9. tiny beautiful things by cheryl strayed - i was really moved by this book by cheryl strayed (also known for her memoir wild).  it is like a big hug from the wise mother/ aunt/ grandmother/ psychologist you never had. here is a review i think best describes this book “as sugar, strayed addresses questions about love, family, addiction, grief, abuse, afflictions, fears, friends, gossip, among other topics—and in each of her answers, without fail, she meets the letter writers with a kind of startling compassion; what steve almond termed ‘radical empathy.’ dear sugar is an advice column like no other.” —nika knight.
  10. soludos espadrilles -  with summer approaching i had to get myself some fresh espadrilles. these ones i found are super cute and were on sale, too.
